iVario Multifunctional Bratt Pan, 2x17 L, 14 kW

The Rational iVario 2-XS is a multifunctional electric tilting bratt pan for boiling, pan-frying, and deep-frying, delivering 14.0 kW across two independent 17-litre cooking zones in a compact 1100 × 756 mm footprint. Designed for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations producing 30–100 covers per day, it replaces multiple appliances without demanding floor space — making it a strong fit for tight professional kitchens that need genuine versatility.

Control is handled through a 10.1-inch TFT colour touchscreen paired with a central dial, with acoustic prompts and support for 44+ languages. The built-in iCookingSuite automatically detects product size and quantity, then adjusts cooking parameters in real time — reducing the skill dependency on each shift. Optional iZoneControl allows each pan to run at a different temperature simultaneously, and Low Temperature Cooking extends the unit's menu range further.

Standard delivery includes two lifting arms, a fry basket, a cooking basket, a cleaning sponge, filter, and a complete water connection kit, so the unit is ready to commission straight from the box. Ethernet and RCD sockets are fitted as standard, supporting network integration with kitchen management systems.
