Description
The Potis GD4 is a vertical gas döner and gyros kebab grill for professional foodservice, capable of holding up to 70 kg of meat on a 630 mm column height. Four infrared dual-burner units with ceramic plates deliver intense, even radiant heat, with each burner independently regulated and a continuous pilot for fast ignition — giving the operator precise zone control during peak service.
Made in Germany from stainless steel and CE certified, the GD4 ships ready for natural gas with an LPG conversion kit (PT0013) included, making it equally suitable for restaurants, takeaways, kebab shops and catering operations running either gas supply. The bottom-mounted motor, spit, octagonal grease tray, spit plate, and all mounting hardware are included in the box, so the unit is ready to run from day one.
