The Potis GD3 is a vertical gas kebab grill (doner kebab machine) for high-volume restaurants, kebab shops, and catering operations, capable of handling up to 40 kg of meat on a spit height of 450 mm. Three infrared burners with ceramic plates deliver even, intense radiant heat across the full column, while the adjustable distance between spit and burners lets operators fine-tune browning to suit meat density and service pace.

Made in Germany from stainless steel throughout, the GD3 ships ready for LPG (propane-butane) and is convertible to natural gas — giving it flexibility across different kitchen fit-outs. Piezoelectric ignition and a thermocouple safety device keep startup simple and compliant, and stainless steel heat shields on both sides protect the surrounding countertop. The removable grease tray simplifies end-of-service cleaning, and the top-mounted motor keeps the spit running quietly without occupying floor space. CE certified.
