Description

The Pizza Group PF45L is a commercial electric pizza dough press former designed for high-volume pizza production, pressing dough balls of 250–500 g into borderless bases up to 450 mm in diameter. Running on 400 V and drawing 6.1 kW, it suits pizzerias, restaurant kitchens, and catering operations that demand consistent, repeatable results at speed.

The heated Teflon-coated aluminium plates reach up to 170 °C, and an electronic digital display lets operators dial in pressing time, plate temperature, and dough thickness independently. Thickness is fine-tuned via a manual handle under the lower plate, while the self-braking gear motor with cam-and-stop-timer automation keeps each press cycle precise and hands-free.

A folding guard grill with an open-guard safety sensor protects the operator during each cycle, and the stainless steel body stands up to the demands of a busy kitchen environment. CE and RoHS certified.
