The Vitrum Perforated Working Surface is a modular bar system component designed for professional bar and service counter builds, measuring 1200 x 650 x 900 mm. Fabricated from stainless steel with a perforated worktop, it provides efficient drainage and ventilation — keeping the work area clean and dry during high-volume service.
As part of our Bar System Vitrum range, this surface integrates seamlessly with other modular components to create a fully customised bar configuration suited to restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations. The perforated top is particularly well suited to stations handling ice, glassware or wet prep.
