The Was Chefproof 28 cm frying pan is a professional stainless steel 18/10 pan with an aluminium sandwich base, designed for daily use across restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations. The 28 cm top diameter and 22 cm base provide a practical cooking surface, while the sandwich base ensures even heat distribution and compatibility with all hob types, including induction.
Built for a busy professional kitchen, the pan features a welded stay-cool handle for safe handling at the stove, and the 0.8 mm material thickness strikes a solid balance between durability and responsive heat control. A compatible 28 cm lid is also available separately, making this pan a versatile everyday workhorse.
