The Tognana Mythos (Linea Mythos) is a forged aluminium non-stick frying pan with a 26 cm diameter, designed for professional and semi-professional kitchens in restaurants, cafés and catering operations. Its 4 mm thick base delivers even heat distribution and resists warping under sustained high-heat use.
The pan features Tognana's Floatech non-stick coating in the Marble nero dark marbled finish, applied in four layers for durability and easy food release with minimal oil — well suited to kitchens running high-volume breakfast, à la carte or banquet services. The single soft-touch handle stays cool and provides a secure, comfortable grip during service.
