Description
The Paderno Melamine Gastronorm Container GN 1/1 65 mm is a black melamine food storage container compliant with EN 631, designed for buffet presentation, food prep and cold storage in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Holding 7.1 litres in a full GN 1/1 footprint, it fits standard bain-marie wells, cold counters and GN-compatible shelving without modification.
Made from food contact-safe melamine, the container is stackable for efficient back-of-house storage and passes through the dishwasher with no issue — saving time during high-volume service cycles. Note that it is not suitable for oven or microwave use, making it best suited to cold or ambient applications: salad bars, buffet lines and prep stations where a sharp black finish supports a clean presentation.
