The Sirman O3 PORT TOP is a portable ozone generator for chemical-free sanitization of air and surfaces, targeting moulds, bacteria, viruses, parasites, and bad odours in professional food service environments. Built from anodized aluminium and AISI 304 stainless steel and manufactured in Italy, it covers areas up to 90 m² and produces ozone at 10 g/h — enough capacity for commercial kitchens, cold rooms, hotel rooms, cafés, and food storage areas.

An adjustable timer running from 0 to 120 minutes lets operators tailor each cycle to the space. The recommended sanitisation cycle runs 30 minutes, after which staff should allow 15 minutes of ventilation and a 6-hour re-entry wait before occupying the treated area. Wide ABS handles make it straightforward to move the unit between rooms or sites without additional equipment.

At just 4.2 kg and drawing only 0.10 kW, the O3 PORT TOP is a practical addition to any HACCP-driven cleaning protocol where chemical residues are undesirable — particularly suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and food retail.
