Description
The NTF SL 350 is a self-contained gourmet ice maker producing up to 155 kg of Frozen Dice full-cube ice per 24 hours, with a 65 kg integrated storage bin — making it a high-output solution for busy restaurants, hotels, bars and catering operations that demand clear, uniform ice in quantity. The sprayer system delivers true gourmet-style full cubes available in five weight options from 14 g up to 60 g, giving operators flexibility for cocktails, beverages and food presentation.
Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, the SL 350 is designed for demanding kitchen environments and operates in ambient temperatures up to 43 °C. It draws just 1.4 kW on a standard single-phase 230 V supply and is available in both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations. The HCFC-free insulated bin with retractable door, removable side panels for easy servicing, and adjustable stainless steel feet make day-to-day operation and maintenance straightforward for kitchen teams.
