Description
The Neumärker NGETL 5-50 is a single-burner gas floor stand cooker designed for high-output cooking in professional kitchens, delivering 15 kW through a 180 mm cast-iron slot burner. Pre-set for propane (LPG) at the factory and supplied with a natural gas nozzle as standard, it adapts to either gas supply without additional parts.
Built from AISI 304 stainless steel and compact enough to fit a 500 × 500 mm footprint, this free-standing stool cooker accepts pots up to 520 mm in diameter on its removable cast iron ribbed grid. A continuously adjustable gas valve with safety thermocouple pilot flame gives precise, reliable flame control. Height-adjustable feet keep it stable on uneven kitchen floors, and an optional cast iron wok ring adapter broadens its versatility for wok cooking.
Suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and live-cooking stations where a powerful, portable single-burner gas cooker is needed for stockpots, large pans or wok preparation.
