Description
The Neumärker N125 is a professional infrared overhead warming lamp for keeping plated dishes at serving temperature in restaurant pass-throughs, hotel buffet stations and catering operations. Running on standard 230 V at just 0.25 kW, it delivers consistent radiant heat while keeping energy costs low.
The aluminium shade has a matt black exterior and gold-painted interior that directs warmth efficiently downward onto the food. The arm extends from 900 mm to 1700 mm, giving kitchen teams the flexibility to position the lamp precisely above counters or pass ledges of varying heights. An infrared white-light bulb is included, and operation is straightforward via an on/off switch.
