The Neumarker Grill 5 is a gas stand griddle designed for high-volume frying of potato pancakes and similar products, delivering 20 kW of heat across a three-burner propane/butane system with each burner independently adjustable for precise zone control. Built in Germany from double-walled stainless steel, it offers a generous 940 × 485 mm working area and starts reliably with a piezo ignition — no external igniter needed.
This free-standing unit suits market stalls, food festivals, catering operations, and outdoor events where mains gas is unavailable and high throughput matters. It ships ready to cook, complete with a gas hose, pressure reducing valve, a keeping-warm deposit tray, and a drip tray. Note that the included standard pressure reducing valve means the unit is not approved for commercial use within Germany; buyers operating in other markets should verify local gas compliance requirements.
