Description
Description
The Neumärker Chromium Griddle Plate Mini (11-80188) is a tabletop electric cooking surface designed for high-throughput short-order cooking in restaurants, cafés, snack bars and catering operations. Its smooth chromium steel plate delivers even, consistent heat across a single zone at 3.4 kW on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply — enough output for continuous breakfast service, burgers, pancakes or grilled sandwiches without occupying a full-size range.
Built for countertop use, the unit keeps its footprint compact while addressing a critical reliability concern: the electronics are thermally isolated from the cooking zone by an air gap between the griddle plate and the base unit, protecting components from heat damage during long service shifts. A dedicated grease and fat collection tub channels residue away from the cooking surface continuously, reducing cleaning downtime between covers.
