Description

The Moduline HSW012E is a mobile static heated holding cabinet with two GN 1/1 warming drawers, designed to hold prepared food at precise serving temperatures between 30 °C and 120 °C. Drawing just 1.0 kW from a standard 230 V supply, it suits restaurants, hotels, banquet kitchens and catering operations that need reliable, energy-efficient holding without a fixed installation.

Each drawer accepts a full GN 1/1 pan and closes via an ergonomic magnetic-latch handle. Two adjustable humidity vents — one per drawer, one on the rear wall — let operators fine-tune moisture retention to suit the food being held, from crispy items to braised dishes. The fully insulated chamber uses rock or glass wool, with radiused interior corners and AISI 304 stainless-steel drawer guides for straightforward cleaning.

Compact at 660 × 585 × 510 mm and fitted with carry handles, the HSW012E is easy to reposition on the pass or move between service points. The stackable, free-standing design makes it equally practical as a standalone unit or as part of a larger holding setup. Built in Italy by Moduline, a manufacturer with over three decades of professional holding expertise.
