Description

The Moduline HSW011E is a single-drawer static heated holding cabinet for professional kitchens, holding one full GN 1/1 tray at temperatures from 30 °C up to 120 °C on just 0.70 kW. The full-chamber wire heating element distributes heat evenly without hot spots, while two adjustable moisture vents let operators fine-tune humidity to keep food service-ready rather than dried out.

Designed for busy pass stations, banqueting lines, hotels and catering operations where space is tight, the HSW011E stacks cleanly with other Moduline units and carries easily between positions thanks to its built-in handles and adjustable feet. The AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel interior with radiused corners simplifies cleaning, and the magnetic-closure ergonomic drawer handle keeps contents secure during service. Italian-made and electronically controlled, it suits any operation that needs reliable, compact heated holding at the point of service.
