Description

The Moduline HSW002E is a static electric warm holding drawer cabinet for professional kitchens, holding two GN 1/1 trays at temperatures adjustable between 30 °C and 120 °C on just 1.0 kW. Its fully insulated tightness chamber — lined with rock or glass wool and fitted with a low-consumption wire heating element that coils around the entire cavity — keeps plated dishes, gastronorm pans and portioned food at precise service temperature without drying them out, assisted by built-in humidity vents.

Designed for busy service environments in restaurants, hotels and catering operations, the HSW002E offers electronic temperature control with a manual keyboard lock and a chamber safety thermostat for reliable, unattended holding. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel drawer guides and food-grade, high-heat-resistance seals ensure durability and hygiene, while the ergonomic magnetic-closure drawer handles allow smooth, one-handed access during service. The cabinet is designed for stacking, making it easy to expand capacity in compact back-of-house or pass-through stations; optional frames with wheels or feet are available to suit different installation layouts.
