Description

The Moduline HSW 013 E is a mobile static hot holding cabinet with three drawers, designed to hold and serve plated dishes, GN trays, and banquet meals at consistent temperatures between 30 °C and 120 °C — ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and banqueting kitchens. Built in Italy, it draws just 1 kW at 230 V single phase, making it an energy-efficient solution for front-of-house or back-of-house hot holding.

Each of the three drawers accepts a full GN 1/1 tray and closes securely via a magnetic handle latch, while two adjustable moisture vents — one on the drawer face, one on the rear wall — let you fine-tune humidity to keep food quality intact. The all-stainless AISI 304 drawer guides and fully radiused interior corners make cleaning quick and thorough. Temperature is managed through an electronic digital control panel, giving precise, repeatable results service after service.

The stackable, free-standing design with carry handles and adjustable legs suits tight kitchens and multi-unit banqueting setups equally well — units can be stacked to expand capacity without additional floor space.
