Description
The Moduline HSH051E is a bench-top and underbench hot holding cabinet for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and dark kitchens that need reliable short-term food holding in a compact footprint. Running on a single-phase 230 V supply at just 1.0 kW, it fits comfortably on a counter or slots under a pass, yet holds up to 5 × GN 1/1 trays across five runner positions.
Temperature is managed via an electronic digital control panel with a clear digital display, while static heating — delivered by a low-consumption wire element wrapped around the chamber — keeps heat even and energy draw low. Two adjustable humidity vents, one on the door and one on the rear wall, let operators dial in the right moisture level for different menu items, and food-grade, high-heat-resistance door seals maintain holding conditions service after service.
