Description
The Moduline HHT081E is a slim-line mobile heated holding cabinet designed for hot holding and service transport in restaurants, hotels, banqueting operations and catering facilities, holding up to 8 × GN 1/1 trays across its eight internal runners. Running on a single-phase 230 V supply at just 1.0 kW, it draws minimal power while maintaining consistent static heat, keeping prepared dishes at serving temperature from kitchen to pass.
An electronic control panel with a digital temperature display gives service staff clear, precise readings at a glance. The compact 550 mm wide footprint and castors make it easy to manoeuvre through tight back-of-house corridors or into position on the floor during service, without occupying valuable fixed counter space.
