Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Butcher Knife is a professional 160 mm butcher knife for meat processing in restaurant kitchens, hotel butcheries, catering operations and food production environments. The blade is forged from NITRO-B nitrogen-enriched stainless steel (grade 1.4916), hardened to 57 HRC, and finished with a piece-by-piece laser-controlled final sharpening — delivering consistent, long-lasting edge retention under daily heavy use.

The yellow SEBS elastomer handle follows the HACCP colour-coding standard for cooked meat and poultry, eliminating cross-contamination risk across stations. An antibacterial component is injected directly into the handle structure, and the seamless blade-to-handle connection leaves no gaps for bacteria to accumulate. The knife is dishwasher safe, sterilizable, and NSF compliant — meeting the hygiene demands of professional food service operations.

Made in Premana, Italy, the Supra line is built for chefs and butchers who need reliable, hygienic, professional-grade tools that hold up in a commercial kitchen environment.
