Description

Our Bain Marie trolley with 4 built-in GN 1/1 compartments is a mobile hot-holding unit designed for banqueting, hotel buffet service, catering operations and large-scale food service where food must travel and stay at temperature. Running on 400 V at 3 kW, it maintains water-bath temperatures from 30 °C up to 90 °C, keeping dishes service-ready from kitchen to table.

Each of the four compartments accepts GN 1/1 containers at 200 mm depth, has its own individual lock for secure transport, and features a dedicated water drain valve — making cleaning and water management between service runs straightforward. The overall footprint of 1590 × 660 mm with an 850 mm working height integrates naturally into standard banquet workflows.
