The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra bread knife is a professional serrated-edge knife with a 200 mm blade, forged in Italy from Bonpertuis® cutlery steel for lasting sharpness through heavy daily use in bakeries, restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens.
Drop-forged as a single piece with a full tang, the blade delivers the balance and rigidity that high-volume prep demands.
