Description

The Josper HJX-45 MBC is a professional charcoal broiler oven — countertop model with tray support — designed for high-volume restaurants, hotels, and steakhouse kitchens that demand authentic charcoal flavour at production scale. Running exclusively on wood charcoal, its closed barbecue design combines a grill and oven in a single unit, reaching operating temperatures between 300 °C and 350 °C with no gas or electric heating element involved in cooking.

A single charcoal load sustains up to 9 hours of service, with throughput averaging 90 kg/h — enough to cover around 120 diners per service. The 760 × 510 mm grill surface accommodates two GN 1/1 trays per rack, and the unit is ready for cooking in approximately 35 minutes from cold. Its MBC configuration pairs a built-in worktop with an integrated tray support, keeping the footprint practical on a countertop installation set at 50–55 cm height.

Built from high-technology steel alloys and certified to CE, UL, NSF, GOST, and TR standards, the HJX-45 MBC is a proven choice for operations where charcoal character is non-negotiable and kitchen throughput cannot be compromised.
