Description
The Josper HJX45L is a floor-standing charcoal broiler oven designed for high-volume professional kitchens — restaurants, steakhouses, hotels and catering operations serving around 120 diners per service. Fired exclusively by wood charcoal, it operates between 250 °C and 350 °C, reaches working temperature in approximately 35 minutes, and sustains up to 9 hours of service on a single charcoal load of 12–16 kg per day, delivering an average throughput of 90 kg per hour.
The HJX45L is built on an enclosed cabinet base with a front-opening drop-down door and two 760 × 510 mm grill racks — each accommodating 2 × GN 1/1 — adjustable across multiple height positions. Combustion is managed through a manual vent system controlling smoke exit, air intake and burn intensity, backed by an antispark and antiparticulates safety system, a PM filter, a cooled flue and a combustion safety lock. Installation requires a minimum 1400 mm extraction hood and 3500 m³/h exhaust capacity. The unit carries CE, FCS, TÜV (ISO 9001:2015) and ASFESI AB28 certifications. Note that one grill rack, the Firebreak and Firebreak hat are not included in the standard delivery and must be ordered separately.
