Description

The Josper HJX25MBC is a countertop charcoal broiler oven for professional kitchens, combining the closed-oven effect of a traditional Josper with the compact footprint of a countertop unit. Running on charcoal only — no gas or electrical combustion connection — it reaches operating temperatures between 250 °C and 350 °C and is ready to cook in approximately 30 minutes. A single charcoal load sustains up to 9 hours of service, with throughput averaging 60 kg per hour and capacity to cover around 80 diners — output that suits busy à la carte restaurants, steakhouses, hotels and catering operations.

The 500 × 510 mm grill surface, front-opening door and mechanical vent/damper system give chefs direct, tactile control over heat without digital complexity. The tray support (MBC configuration) accommodates GN containers for resting or holding, streamlining service. Built in Spain from Josper's proprietary high-technology steel alloys and certified CE, UL, NSF, GOST and TR, the HJX25MBC is engineered for demanding commercial use worldwide. Installation requires a commercial extractor hood or direct external ducting — consult a certified ventilation specialist before commissioning.
