The Josper HJX-25M is a countertop charcoal broiler oven for professional kitchens, combining a closed charcoal grill and oven in a single tabletop unit built from high-tech steel alloys. Part of Josper's compact M-series — designed without a base cabinet — it fits restaurants, steakhouses, boutique hotels and tapas bars that demand authentic charcoal flavour without committing to a full floor-standing installation.

The HJX-25M reaches working temperatures between 250 °C and 350 °C, fires up in 30 minutes, and sustains up to 9 hours of continuous service on a single charcoal load. At an average throughput of 60 kg per hour it is rated for roughly 80 covers, making it a credible primary grill for a mid-size service. Multiple grilling levels inside the cooking chamber give chefs flexibility to manage different proteins and cook times simultaneously, while air-damper control via the front-opening door keeps heat precisely in check.

With a footprint of 640 × 600 mm and a recommended stand height of 50–55 cm, the HJX-25M integrates cleanly into existing pass or prep counters. The 3 kW electrical connection powers the motorised spit and ancillary functions — the cooking itself is 100% charcoal-fired, delivering the smoke profile and crust that distinguish Josper equipment in the market.
