Description

The Josper HJX-25 LBC is a freestanding charcoal broiler oven with an integrated cupboard base and grid/tray plate holder, designed for high-volume restaurant and hotel kitchens serving up to 80 diners. Running entirely on charcoal — with hardwood varieties such as red or white quebracho recommended — it reaches operating temperatures between 250 °C and 350 °C within 30 minutes of fire-up, and sustains a full service on just 10–12 kg of fuel per day.

With a 500 x 510 mm grill surface and a throughput of 60 kg per hour, the HJX-25 LBC suits busy à la carte and banqueting operations that demand consistent, live-fire results at pace. Temperature is managed through a dual vent and damper system — upper and lower vents give the chef precise control over airflow and heat without any gas or electric burner involvement. The cupboard base keeps tray holders and GN accessories organised directly below the oven, supporting an efficient single-station workflow.
