Description

The Josper HJX25LACXP is a charcoal broiler oven with a cupboard base cabinet and integrated ACX extraction column, designed for high-volume à la carte kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Running entirely on charcoal — no gas, no electric heating element — it operates between 250 °C and 350 °C, reaching service temperature in around 30 minutes and sustaining a full 9-hour service on a single charcoal load.

Two broiling rack levels across a 500×510 mm cooking surface deliver an average throughput of approximately 60 kg per hour, making it well-suited to kitchens serving around 80 covers per service. The ACX extraction column integrates directly with the unit, simplifying ventilation planning for kitchens where ceiling extraction is restricted. Manual air-flow and butterfly exhaust vents give the chef direct, precise control over combustion intensity throughout service.

The HJX25LACXP carries CE, UL, NSF, GOST, and TR certifications, covering commercial kitchen requirements across multiple markets. Its compact footprint and self-contained base cabinet make it a practical choice for steakhouses, grill restaurants, and hotel kitchens looking to add authentic charcoal cooking without a full custom build-out.
