Description
The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Colore is a chrome-plated round sharpening steel with a 30 cm rod, designed for professional knife maintenance in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and butcheries. Made in Italy, it keeps blades true between sharpenings and is built to handle the demands of a busy kitchen environment.
The handle is constructed with a PP core and SEBS overmold coating, making it sterilizable and resistant to impacts, corrosive agents and high temperatures — fully compliant with EU food hygiene regulations. A built-in hanging hook keeps it accessible at the station. The Supra Colore range supports HACCP color-coding: six handle colors (black, red, yellow, blue, white and green) let kitchens assign steels by work zone to reduce cross-contamination risk.
