The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Nero is a chrome-plated round honing steel for professional knife maintenance, with a 270 mm rod machined from Bonpertuis conical steel — a grade selected specifically for cutlery applications — and a total length of 275 mm. Made in Premana, Italy, and certified to NSF International food-safety standards as well as UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, it is built for daily use in restaurant kitchens, hotel brigades, butcheries and catering operations.

The satin chrome-plated rod seats flush against the ergonomic black TPE handle, creating a seamless junction that leaves no gap for bacteria or food residue.
