The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches HDCT08 is a heated plate dispenser for restaurant, hotel and catering operations, built to keep plates at serving temperature between 30 °C and 70 °C and ready for immediate use on the pass. We manufacture this unit from stainless steel (INOX) for long-term durability in demanding professional kitchens.
The single-compartment, one-door design holds up to 45 plates and accommodates two diameter ranges — making it straightforward to configure for your specific tableware. Drawing just 0.8 kW, it maintains consistent warmth without a heavy load on your electrical supply.
