Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches HDCT 16/N is a refrigerated workbench built for professional kitchens, holding a stable 2–6 °C working temperature and drawing just 0.25 kW — an efficient prep surface for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and café kitchens where cold storage meets active food preparation.
We build the HDCT 16/N from stainless steel (INOX) throughout, with a seamless high-density two-component polyurethane foam core that keeps temperatures consistent and energy consumption low. The unit runs on the natural R290 refrigerant, features fully automatic defrosting and electronic controls, making daily operation straightforward for any busy kitchen team.
