The Tecnoroast Old 50 is a manual charcoal channel grill designed for cooking arrosticini and skewers, with a capacity of 50 pieces per load. Built in Italy from stainless steel AISI 430 throughout, it features a traditional canalina (channel) construction with a perforated charcoal grate and an ash-collection base that simplifies clean-up during service. At just 5 kg, it is light enough to reposition yet sturdy on its fixed stainless steel legs.
The Old 50 suits restaurants, steakhouses, street-food operators and catering teams that serve skewer-based menus and want authentic charcoal flavour without motorised complexity. The manual control puts the cook fully in charge of heat and timing — no electronics to service, no moving parts to replace.
