The Tecnoroast Grill 80 Double is a double-brazier charcoal grill with automatic skewer rotation, designed for high-volume outdoor cooking of arrosticini and skewered meats. Built in Italy from stainless steel, it holds 80 skewers across two parallel grill channels — 40 per side — and turns each batch in just 5 to 7 minutes without manual attention.
The motorised rotation runs on as little as 3.5 W at 220 V, and the unit also supports 110 V or 3 V battery operation, making it practical for outdoor events, festivals, and catering setups without a fixed power supply. At 30 kg and 1250 mm wide, it is a freestanding workhorse suited to restaurants, street-food operations, and event caterers who need consistent, hands-free throughput from a live-fire station.
