The Was GN 2/4 stainless steel gastronorm tray is a 65 mm deep, 4-litre container built to EN 631 European Gastronorm Standard, designed for food preparation, storage, and service across restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central kitchens.
Constructed from stainless steel, it handles temperatures from -40 °C up to 300 °C, making it equally at home in blast chillers, cold prep lines, and oven or bain-marie service. The GN 2/4 footprint integrates directly into any EN 631-compliant gastronorm system — counters, trolleys, lids and frames — keeping your kitchen workflow consistent and interchangeable.
