The Was GN 2/3 40mm is a stainless steel gastronorm tray for professional food preparation, storage and service, holding 3.3 litres in a solid, unperforated container. Built from AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel and conforming to EN 631-1:1993, it fits any standard GN 2/3 slot across bain-maries, ovens, blast chillers and refrigerated counters.
The full solid bottom makes it equally suited to wet and dry use — sauces, proteins, garnishes or prepped ingredients. A practical choice for restaurant kitchens, hotel banquet operations and catering setups that need reliable, interchangeable containers across their entire GN equipment line.
