Description

The Was GN 2/3 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray conforming to the EN 631 / ISO 6336 international standard, with a 354 × 325 mm footprint designed to fit any compliant bain-marie, refrigerated prep counter, or oven rack. Available in multiple depth variants, it scales from a shallow insert for garnishes and sauces up to a deep 200 mm container holding over 16 litres — giving professional kitchens a single standardised format that covers prep, cooking, storage and service.

Built for the daily demands of restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens, the GN 2/3 format is the workhorse mid-size pan: large enough for meaningful batch work, compact enough to handle and stack efficiently on busy service lines. Stainless steel construction means the tray withstands temperature extremes, repeated dishwasher cycles and the rigours of a commercial kitchen without warping or corrosion.
