The Was GN 1/3 40 mm is a stainless steel gastronorm tray designed for food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens, compliant with EN 631-1:1993. At 325 × 176 mm with a 40 mm depth, it holds 1.7 litres — a practical size for portioning sauces, garnishes, cold cuts and mise en place across hot and cold counters.
