The Was GN 1/2 stainless steel gastronorm tray is a solid-bottom food container built to EN 631-1:1993 standards, designed for food preparation, storage, bain-marie service and transport in professional kitchens. At 40 mm deep with a 2.3 L capacity, it fits any standard GN 1/2 slot across hot and cold holding equipment.
