The Was GN Select GN 1/2 150mm is a deep stainless steel gastronorm pan built for high-volume food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens. Compliant with EN 631 Gastronorm standards, it holds 8.7 litres and fits any standard GN 1/2 equipment — bain-maries, blast chillers, combi ovens and refrigerated counters alike.
Formed from 18/8 stainless steel at 0.7 mm wall thickness, the GN Select pan delivers the corrosion resistance and hygienic surface finish demanded by restaurant, hotel and catering operations. The 150 mm depth makes it the right choice for soups, sauces, bulk prep and overnight cold storage where shallower pans fall short.
