Description
The Was GN 1/1 200mm is a full-size stainless steel gastronorm container for professional food storage, preparation and service, holding up to 26.5 litres at a depth of 200 mm. Built to EN 631-1 standards, it fits any standard GN 1/1 rack or bain-marie and handles temperatures from –40 °C to +300 °C, making it equally at home in blast chillers and convection ovens.
The solid bottom, folded edges and rounded corners make cleaning straightforward — including by dishwasher — while the overhanging rim slots securely into gastronorm racks and the stackable design keeps prep areas organised. A practical choice for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and institutional canteens that demand reliable, interchangeable gastronorm equipment.
