The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Butcher Cleaver is a professional butcher cleaver with a 180 mm blade, designed for heavy portioning and bone work in butchery, restaurant kitchens, hotel gastronomy and catering operations. The blade is forged from NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (grade 1.4916), satin-finished and laser-controlled sharpened for consistent edge geometry out of the box.

The blue SEBS elastomer handle provides a secure, anti-slip grip across wet or greasy conditions and supports HACCP colour-coding protocols — making it straightforward to enforce cross-contamination controls in professional food prep environments. All materials meet EU food hygiene regulations: sterilizable, resistant to impacts, corrosive agents and high temperatures, and fully dishwasher safe.

Manufactured in Premana, Italy, each cleaver carries a laser-printed logo with product code and batch number for full traceability and originality verification — a standard expected by serious professional buyers.
