Description

The Bravo Ice Cream G20 Meccanico is a tabletop horizontal batch freezer for producing gelato and ice cream, drawing just 2 kW on a standard single-phase 230 V supply. Its compact, air-cooled design occupies only 0.25 m² of counter space, making it a practical fit for gelaterie, hotel kitchens, restaurants and cafés that need consistent small-batch output without dedicated floor space or water cooling.

Precision is built into the process: a direct-contact temperature probe monitors the mix throughout the cycle, and the machine signals acoustically when the gelato reaches the correct consistency — removing guesswork for busy kitchen teams. The front charging hopper lets operators add flavors, inclusions and ingredients mid-batch, while the two-blade stainless steel mixer with interchangeable scrapers and a Makrolon® thermally insulating door deliver thorough, consistent freezing batch after batch. Controls are mechanical push-button with electronic temperature-based cycle management — straightforward to operate without specialist training.
