The FKI GL 6060 MAXI is an electric tabletop griddle designed for high-throughput cooking in professional kitchens, delivering 6.0 kW across two independently controlled heating zones on a smooth stainless steel worktop. Running on 400 V, it suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and busy café counters that need reliable, even heat without the complexity of gas infrastructure.
The fully welded stainless steel body is built for daily commercial use — robust, easy to clean, and resistant to the knocks of a working kitchen. Manual thermostats on each zone give chefs direct, immediate control over surface temperature, while the built-in grease drawer and splash guard with rounded edges keep the station tidy and reduce cleaning time between services.
