Description

The Fama MOD TI12 is a professional electric meat mincer built on the Enterprise system, capable of processing 150–200 kg of meat per hour on a single-phase 230 V supply. Made in Italy, its body and entire grinding unit — including the hopper plate, self-sharpening blade, and die plate — are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, making it equally suited to butchery counters, hotel kitchens, and high-volume restaurant prep areas.

The 1.0 HP ventilated asynchronous motor drives the auger at 200 RPM through a helical-gear oil-bath gearbox, keeping noise and heat low during extended runs. Safety is handled by 24 V low-voltage controls and built-in thermal motor protection — both practical requirements in busy professional kitchens. A Ø 6 mm die plate is supplied as standard; an optional sausage and bagging filling kit, as well as a reverse gear, are available on request.

Compact enough for a prep bench at 215 × 440 × 440 mm and weighing just 19 kg net, the TI12 delivers commercial-grade throughput without demanding dedicated floor space — a practical choice for caterers, delis, and mid-sized restaurant operations that need reliable daily mincing without the footprint of a floor-standing unit.
