The Roller Grill ventilated panoramic heated display cabinet is a companion holding unit designed to pair directly with the RBE 25 electric rotisserie with swings, keeping cooked product hot, visible and ready to sell. Running on a single-phase 230 V supply at 1.5 kW, it uses forced-air circulation and an integrated halogen lamp — which simultaneously illuminates and concentrates warmth — to hold up to 30 pieces across its four glass walls at optimal serving temperature.

The panoramic all-glass construction gives customers a clear 360° view of the product, while the 10 included display grids, side scales and GN 1/1 tray compatibility make it straightforward to load and present whole birds or portions. Grids and side scales are removable and machine washable, keeping daily cleaning fast in a busy service environment.

Mounted on castors and rated for outdoor installation, this unit suits rotisserie counters, deli stations, supermarket hot-food sections, and catering operations where high visibility and mobility matter.
