The Robot Coupe Parmesan Grater is a stainless steel hard cheese grating disc, 190 mm in diameter, designed for intensive commercial use in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. It delivers up to 5 kg of grated parmesan or romano in approximately 2 minutes, making it a practical tool for high-volume kitchens that process hard cheeses or firm fruits and vegetables daily.
The disc is compatible with a broad range of Robot Coupe bowl-cutter and vegetable preparation machines, including the CL50, CL50 Ultra, CL50 Gourmet, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R702, and R752 V.V. series. Note that this disc is the predecessor model, now replaced by part number 28061W — buyers should confirm current availability or consider sourcing the successor part for long-term serviceability.
