Description
The Vitrum CTP2035.1.1.MB.1.GLASS is a stainless steel saladette refrigeration table designed for pizza and cold-prep stations, holding ingredients at +2 °C to +6 °C across a 2060 mm work surface. Built around a high-capacity MB compressor and running on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, it maintains consistent holding temperatures even under continuous service conditions — making it well suited for busy pizzerias, hotel kitchens and catering operations.
The top rail accommodates up to nine GN 1/9-150 pans, six GN 1/6-150 pans or three GN 1/3-150 pans, giving prep teams flexible topping layouts without wasted space. A glass sneeze guard is included as standard, keeping ingredients protected and presentation-ready during service. The two-door (1+1) undercounter cabinet provides additional cold storage directly below the work surface, all in a free-standing INOX construction that meets professional hygiene standards.
