The CroftMet PES712 is a floor-standing electric range for professional kitchen use, delivering 18.0 kW across six cast-iron burners on a 400 V supply. Its freestanding construction fits cleanly into heavy-duty line-up cooking stations, making it a practical choice for restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting facilities and catering operations that demand consistent, high-output cooking capacity.
The integrated undercounter cabinet provides on-hand storage for pans, lids and small inventory directly at the cooking station — a practical advantage in high-traffic kitchens where workflow efficiency matters. The PES712 is also available in sub-variants PES712S and PES712R to suit different configuration requirements.
